How much does a Sydney luxury hire cost?

Our pricing is distance-based — a base fare applies plus a per-km rate. Airport transfers, Hunter Valley wine tours, and night out packages all have estimated pricing shown during booking. Use our online booking tool for an instant quote.

How many passengers does the Sprinter hold?

Our 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comfortably seats up to 14 passengers with luggage space. Perfect for group airport transfers, hens parties, bucks nights, corporate events, and Hunter Valley wine tours.

Do you service all Sydney suburbs?

Yes — we cover all of Sydney including the CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, Inner West, South Sydney, Western Sydney, Parramatta, and beyond. We also service Sydney Airport (SYD) pickups and drop-offs.

Are you available on weekends and public holidays?

Absolutely. Sydney Shuttle Express operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day — including weekends and public holidays. We're here when you need luxury hire, whenever that is.

Can I book a return trip?

Yes. Return trips are available for all bookings — simply toggle the return trip option in our booking form and we'll handle both legs of your journey.

Is Sydney Shuttle Express licensed and insured?

Yes. We are fully insured, licensed, and NSW Point to Point Transport accredited. Your safety and comfort are our top priority on every luxury hire.

What's your cancellation policy?

Within 24 hours of the tour date: 100% cancellation fee.
Within 48 hours of the tour date: 50% cancellation fee.
More than 48 hours ahead: Full refund.
