Multi-Stop Client Roadshows

The "client roadshow" pattern — 3–4 office or restaurant stops across Sydney CBD and surrounds with the Sprinter on standby between each, arranged with the office in advance — is something Ubers genuinely can't do. Standard pattern:

How Corporate Pricing Works

Single trips (airport runs, point-to-point transfers): $230 base + $4.50/km, calculated by route at booking. Road tolls are $20 one way, or $40 for a return trip — shown on your quote before you pay, no toll-by-toll surprises.

Do you issue GST tax invoices?
Yes. Card-paid bookings receive a compliant GST tax invoice automatically with your confirmation; for bank transfer or account bookings just ask and we will issue one. For corporate accounts we can consolidate into monthly statements.

Can we book the same driver for repeat clients?
We try to assign the same driver to recurring corporate accounts — especially for VIP client transfers and conference shuttles.

Do you handle interstate or regional NSW trips?
Yes — Sydney → Newcastle, Wollongong, Canberra, Hunter Valley, Southern Highlands, and Central Coast are all routes we cover. Quoted as flat rate.

What about late changes or overruns?
For corporate flat-rate bookings, reasonable buffer is built in. Genuine extensions are charged at a pre-agreed hourly rate.
